WACO, TX -- McNeese State's Joshua Sawe and David Rooney finished among the top 10 runners in the NCAA South Central regional cross country meet Saturday at the Cotton Wood Country Club and earned berths in the national championship meet.

Women's XC Places 15th at NCAA Regionals

WACO, Texas - Sophomore Julia Whitrock placed 27th overall as the Tulane women's cross country team finished 15th of 21 teams at the NCAA South Central Regional Championship Saturday at Cottonwood Creek Golf Course in Waco, Texas. Whitrock posted a team of 22:09, an improvement of 40 seconds off her performance as a redshirt freshman last season at the 6K regional championships.

Colonels Finish Twelfth in First Ever Regional Appearance

 WACO, Texas - The Nicholls State University women's cross country team capped off its most successful campaign in school history on Saturday by placing 12th out of 24 teams the the 2009 NCAA South Central Regional Cross Country Championship Meet.

Three Loyola Cross Country Athletes Qualify for NAIA Nation

 Clinton, Miss.- Loyola’s men’s cross country runner Kieran Harper and women Hannah Dougherty and Madeline Falcone each qualified for the NAIA National Cross Country Championships with their performances in the GCAC Championships this morning at the Choctaw Trails.

Southeastern Cross Country Season Ends at Regionals

  WACO, Texas  Southeastern Louisiana’s cross country season came to an end Saturday at the NCAA south central regional meet at Cottonwood Creek Golf Club. The Lion men earned a 17th place finish, topping LSU and Southland Conference rival UT Arlington.

Xavier sweeps individual, team titles at GCAC Championships

CLINTON, Miss. -- Xavier University of Louisiana swept the individual and team titles of the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships on Saturday at Choctaw Trails.
