I did a 7 x 400m track workout tonight and I think it went very well. I was aiming to do 1:33 to 1:39, and I averaged under 1:36, so that was great. It was only about 43 out, but at least it wasn't too windy. I did wear spikes. I felt great throughout the workout, continually stronger towards the end; I could have done more. Technically I ran 2 miles pretty fast only about 13 hours earlier, so that was another good factor showing strength. I also ran my six mile long run only about 28 hours earlier in real time, so that's great too that I felt so good, running 12 miles within 29 hours.
